Big announcement by CM Kejriwal, ODD-EVEN returned to Delhi, to be implemented between November 4-15

As we explained that the Delhi government has taken such a big decision to reduce pollution from the capital. Under this, one-day cars like number ending with 0, 2,4, 6, 8 will run. Then the next day, cars like the last number of 1,3,5, 7, 9 will run.

On Friday, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said in a press conference held at the Delhi Secretariat that last week had given the good news that pollution has come down by 25 percent. But we do not have to sit silently. In the coming November, the smoke of starchy from other states also envelops Delhi. What can be done at that time. Suggestions were sought from the public on this. 1200 suggestions have come. A 7 point agenda has been prepared for this. Aud-Even will apply from November 4 to November 15. Diwali in Delhi will be inspired to not give up firecrackers. A big laser show will be organized on Chhoti Diwali. Masks will be distributed to people to avoid pollution. Pollution is high at 12 places in Delhi. A separate plan will be made for them. People will be motivated to plant trees.

The policy will be implemented to encourage private buses in Delhi. This will increase the number of buses. Delhi government will bring 4000 buses on its own within 10 months. The electric vehicle policy will come into force soon.

Regarding reducing the amount of challan, Kejriwal said that we are keeping an eye on it. We will definitely consider this. But it is also true that the traffic system in Delhi has improved due to changes in the traffic rules.
