Pakistan's former PM Nawaz Sharif can be moved from London for better treatment to America

Ailing Pakistan's former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is likely to be flown to the US from London next week for better treatment. This information was given in a media report on Monday. Sharif was flown from Pakistan to London via an air ambulance for treatment on 19 November.

The Lahore High Court allowed him to go abroad for treatment for four weeks. This four-week period can be extended on the recommendation of doctors.

"Nawaz Sharif can go to the US for better treatment on December 16," Don quoted sources attached to Sharif's family. The Pakistan Prime Minister was thrice Prime Minister and the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) supremo was in many ways Suffer from diseases.

Significantly, in the Al-Azizia Mills corruption case, the Islamabad High Court recently granted Sharif eight weeks bail on medical grounds. Sharif was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment in this case.

Sharif also got bail from the Lahore High Court in the money laundering case. Pakistan's three-time prime minister and the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) supremo are suffering from various ailments.
